Wobbles your screen so it looks as though it's made from jelly.  User
configurable with context sensitive help.

INSTALLATION-----------------------------------------------------------------
Copy the .scr file to your \Windows\System\ directory and use its right click
menu or the Control Panel to configure. To install, reverse the process.
ALSO: Use our SaveAble! utility to give Windows screen saver hotspots.

This program needs the Visual Basic 4.0/32 runtime files in order to run.

BACKGROUND-------------------------------------------------------------------
Screen savers stop phosphor burn in on your monitor.  This is when a residual
image of your display can be seen if the same image is on screen for long
periods of time.  This effect/problem can be seen at train stations.

OPTIONS----------------------------------------------------------------------
You can vary the severity of the wobble, from a slight judder to a near
earthquake shake.  You can also Unwobble the screen every so often, which
starts the whole process again.  Also invert the screen colours if you want,
in a number of different ways.  Configuration now supports context sensitive
help and desktop preview.

SPECIFICATIONS---------------------------------------------------------------
Wobble! achieves nearly a thousand wobbles every second.*  However, this
speed varies when screen size or colour resolution, or indeed the speed and
type of the host computer are taken into account.
* Tested on a 8MB 486 DX50, with Cirrus Logic 5428 in 640x480x256 resolution.
